Job Description
As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the digital marketing efforts of our organization. You will lead a team of digital marketing specialists, strategists, and analysts to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be analytical, innovative, and passionate about staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. ● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. ● Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. ● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. ● Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive results. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and creative teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives. ● Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and make recommendations for innovation and experimentation. ● Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and adherence to financial targets. ● Stay up-to-date on changes to digital marketing platforms and algorithms, and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain optimal performance.
● Cultivate a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the digital marketing team.
