Main responsibilities

• Collection of data for KPIs and analysis of KPIs
• Report of KPIs (Excel and power point)
• Support on organization and delivery of workshops
• Support Lean initiatives
• Centralize information and act as escalation point for contact related issues
• Gather data from projects
• Follow up pending/issues detected on projects

About you

Experience

• Ongoing studies in BSc or MSc at the fields of Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a similar
• Min. 20-hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge or experience with KPIs
• Good understanding of reception of documents, statistics and data analysis
• Ability to identify problems and to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-versed use of standardized software (MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint)

Languages

• Fluent in English
