Role Summary:
As part of the Cloud Growth, team you will be one of the subject matter experts in Acxiom's portfolio of performance marketing solutions, services, partnerships, and proprietary data to help clients acquire, retain, and grow their customer base while increasing brand trust and engagement. In both pre-sales & post-sales capacities, you will partner with the sales/account team to consult with clients/prospects to provide the most effective workflows, offerings, and services to achieve their marketing goals by having a strong understanding of their brand vision, challenges, customer segmentation, data infrastructure and requirements, marketing/ad technology stacks, resource allocations and constraints. The role will partner with the Head of Solutions Consulting to create bespoke client solutions in partnership with solutions engineering, solutions architecture, R&D, IT, sales, and account management as well as support Acxiom's marketing team to create general best practices and industry POVs. Additionally, this role will be pivotal in driving client adoption of Acxiom's cloud ecosystem partnerships as well as improving collective offerings with reputable players in the space for clients in cloud technologies, marketing technologies, identity solutions, and more.
*This role can be located almost anywhere in the U.S.
What You Will Do:
• Lead consultations with enterprise clients/prospects to identify their business case(s), performance marketing strategy(ies), core customer base, data needs, technology stack, infrastructure, pain points, and overall requirements
• Conduct whiteboard sessions and presentations on custom workflows, offerings, services, and timelines that addresses the client's/prospect's requirements
• Collaborate with solutions architects, solutions engineers, and r&d on technical
feasibility, production costs, resource allocation, etc. for proposed solutions
• Review ethical and privacy compliance requirements of proposed solutions with
legal team
• Partner with sales and account managers to quantify the cost of proposed
solutions and provide SOWs
• Manage cloud partnerships and constantly innovate with them based on
client/prospect needs, industry shifts, privacy changes, and emerging
technologies entering the market
• Research, RFI, and vet new and emerging cloud technologies for future
partnerships
What You Will Have:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in multi-cloud solutions consulting, solutions architecture, solutions engineering, data operations, and/or ad operations for a martech/adtech company, advertising agency, publisher, brand, advertiser, and/or data company
• Deep knowledge of the martech/adtech ecosystem, inclusive of data
management platforms (i.e. Adobe Audience Manager, etc.), customer data
platforms (i.e. TreasureData, etc.), ad serving technologies (i.e. CM360, etc.),
demand side platforms (i.e. TTD, MediaMath, Xandr, etc.), sell side platforms (i.e. GAM, Magnite, Pubmatic, Xandr, etc.), identity resolution products, and
marketing automation tools
• Experience working with Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or similar
cloud-based technologies
• Deep understanding of identity data and use in the marketing ecosystem
• Good understanding of how performance marketing, ad operations,
programmatic buying, identity, and audience segmentation works and the pipes that connect them together
• Knowledge of relational databases, data schemas, data joins, and data
manipulation
• Proficient experience with SQL, wireframing, automation, data querying, data
processing, data ingestion, data output, and more
• Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and team members
• Always curious and willing to learn, try new things, and not be afraid to fail
• Personable with everybody, even-keeled, and analytical thinker
