Join a collaborative cross-functional team of developers, product designers, and data analysts!

This is a highly strategic leadership role where you’ll own the end-to-end management of a product line, driving its vision, roadmap, and ongoing development to deliver maximum value to customers. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping long-term strategy, and delivering impactful solutions that meet key customer needs.

This role is perfect for experienced product leaders who thrive in ambiguity, can independently drive alignment across teams, and possess exceptional communication skills. You'll have the opportunity to lead and influence the organization while receiving support from a collaborative and innovative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define and own the strategy for your product area, driving its vision, roadmap, and execution.
  • Lead the effort to deeply understand customer needs and pain points, identifying market gaps and high-value opportunities, and traveling on-site when necessary.
  • Drive alignment across leadership teams and stakeholders, ensuring buy-in for the product vision and priorities.
  • Act as the “glue” and drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, Customer Engagement, Product Implementation, Operations, and more.
  • Define and hit measurable and specific goals tied to short-, medium-, and long-term business outcomes.
  • Lead strategic prioritization of the roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term investments.
  • Partner with other product teams to track cross-functional dependencies and plan integrated roadmap delivery.
  • Manage projects from definition through to release and implementation.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate ML and AI tools into the product.
  • Be the primary advocate and voice of the product, communicating its vision to internal teams, leadership, and external customers.
  • Manage external stakeholders, keeping them informed while shielding the team from interruptions.
  • Delight our customers and ensure continuous improvement of the product experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 8–12 years of experience in product management or a similar leadership role, with responsibility for product strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and deliver successful products in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience developing product strategy, MVPs, and roadmaps for complex, high-impact products.
  • Expertise using or developing tools for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with data science models and AI/ML.
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the healthcare or health-tech industries, preferably working with health systems or hospitals.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting to C-suite executives and external partners.
  • A passion for and capability in leading new product development, with the confidence and excitement to take on ambiguous challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

  • Intellectual and emotional satisfaction of solving tough operational problems in healthcare while improving patient access and saving lives!
  • Competitive compensation package that includes base salary, target bonus, and stock options
  • 401(k) Match
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits
  • Generous Paid Time Off and Parental Leave
  • Monthly reimbursement for Skill Building
  • Monthly reimbursement for Wellness, Transportation, and/or Home Office
  • Education Reimbursement for select courses/programs

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
