Je gaat aan de slag als productiemedewerker in 3 ploegen (vroege, late en nacht).

Jouw takenpakket:

Je wordt ingeschakeld om eindproduct te verpakken aan een automatische lijn:

• Je bedient de machines via PLC-sturing.
• Je volgt het productieverloop op, controleert en grijpt in bij problemen zodat storingen het productieproces minimaal verletten.
• Je zorgt voor de montage, voorbereiding, afstelling en ombouw van de afvulmachine en inpakmachine alsook sta je in voor de visuele controles.
• Je voert administratieve taken uit, o.a. nauwgezette registratie van de productiegegevens.
• Je reinigt het machinepark, de apparatuur en de verpakkingsruimte.
• Je werkt mee aan het continu verbeteren van het productieproces.
• Je kan (kleine) technische storingen zelfstandig oplossen.
• Je kan voor andere taken worden ingeschakeld naargelang de nood van productie.

Jouw profiel:

• Je behaalde minimum een diploma secundair onderwijs.
• Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands & basis Engels.
• Basiskennis software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Technische affiniteit is een vereiste.
• Heftruckattest is een pluspunt
• Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent terwijl een echte teamplayer.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en bent flexibel.
• Je hebt oog voor Hygiëne en veiligheid op het werk.
• Je bent bereid tot werken in een 3 ploegensysteem met ploegenpremies (5u30u - 13u30u - 21u30 u)
