We are currently on an exciting journey where we are building our IT department. The Process Automation Specialist plays an important role in this new team.

Key accountabilities:

The candidate will be responsible for

• Complete Design, development, and testing of the Automation Solution.
• Doing feasibility study, Planning, and delivering the solution on time with quality.
• Stakeholder management

Responsibilities:

• As Process Automation specialist, you are responsible for Identifying, understanding, and designing business processes for automation. 
• Setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
• Prepares detailed technical /solution design document.
• Develop and deliver projects in time and with quality.
• Reports the project progress to all stakeholders.
• Monitors the changes that happen during development or testing phase while ensuring the project scope and specifications is intact.

What you bring

• A University Graduate in Computer science or with equivalent qualification.
• Advanced or master's certification in RPA technologies, preferably in Automation Anywhere A360.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in developing automation using Automation Anywhere A360 RPA
• Experience in maintaining and upkeep of RPA environment.
• Experience in programming languages like Python Automation / MS-Power Automate is preferred
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
• A self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple automation tasks.
• Team player and must be able to work closely with a diverse global team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
