How you will make contributions that matter

Come and join our success story at our Kiewa site as we continue to grow. We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer who is looking to make a real impact and wanting to grow their career. You will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process via trouble shooting, problem solving, trend analysis and process and improvement across our Kiewa site. You will work in conjunction with Engineering and Operational staff to ensure the efficient manufacture of products. This role will allow you to utilise you’re coaching and mentoring skills.

 About you

• Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering
• Previous experience in a similar role ideally in a FMCG food or beverage production environment.
• Strong technical knowledge-software- SCADA or similar, SAP- ideal
• Knowledge of LEAN/ Continuous improvement principles and processes (HACCP) preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Desire to coach and mentor team members
