Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong accounting and property management background, combined with an AI-first product mindset to drive innovation in property technology. This role will be responsible for enhancing our platform’s core capabilities, optimizing the property management and accounting experience, and integrating AI-driven workflows to advance the industry.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven decision-maker, and customer-obsessed leader who can bridge the gap between technology, user experience, and business needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Innovation

• Define and execute the product roadmap focused on property accounting, AI automation, and user experience enhancements.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to develop AI-driven features that improve efficiency for property managers.
• Work with engineering and design teams to create seamless, user-friendly workflows for rental and HOA management.
• Lead AI-powered automation initiatives to optimize tenant management, financial reporting, and compliance.

Customer-Centric Feature Development

• Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to identify pain points in property management.
• Develop intelligent accounting solutions tailored for HOAs, landlords, and property managers.
• Design and refine onboarding experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and real-time insights dashboards.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure best-in-class user experiences for non-technical users.

AI-Powered Accounting & Data Optimization

• Drive AI-driven automation for rent collection, budgeting, invoicing, and financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate predictive analytics for property maintenance, lease renewals, and financial health tracking.
• Develop self-learning accounting models to optimize cash flow management for property managers.

 Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure smooth execution of new product features.
• Define and track KPIs, customer engagement metrics, and feature adoption rates.
• Champion a data-driven approach to continuous product improvement.

Required Skills & ExperienceProperty Management & Accounting Expertise a Plus

5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or FinTech.
Strong understanding of property management operations and accounting workflows.
Experience working with HOAs, rental property managers, or real estate technology.
Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, financial reporting, and automated payment solutions.

AI & Product Mindset

Experience integrating AI/ML-powered automation into SaaS platforms.

Passion for AI-driven product innovation to simplify property management tasks.

Ability to define and optimize AI-powered customer workflows.

Data-Driven & Customer-Focused Approach

 Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analytics tools.
 Experience conducting customer research, A/B testing, and usability studies.
 Ability to turn complex data into actionable product insights.

Leadership & Communication

 Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution.
 Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
 Experience in agile product development, sprint planning, and backlog management.
