Summary:

As the Product Manager of Customer Experience, you will have deep understanding of marketing strategies and consumer behavior as it relates to an online digital customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our digital customer products and features. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define a digital product roadmap. You will also deliver innovative solutions and enhance our marketing efforts to drive growth and brand visibility. The Product Manager customer success must be able to transform the customer's business/product needs into solutions regardless of geography. The Product Manager is expected to be able to focus on many tasks in parallel while working very closely with the Sales Operations and Product Development Team.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy designed to enhance the online customer experience, aligning with company goals and market trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends to inform product decisions.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that will assist with digital transformation by prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross functionally with commercial operations, marketing, design, engineering, service and other teams to define requirements, set priorities, and ensure successful product development of a digital online customer focused platform.
  • Business Process Integration: Work with all key stakeholders to embed customer's online interactions into the business process of all relevant departments
  • Product Development: Lead the build of new web capabilities for customers through the product development process from ideation and design to testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • User Experience (UX): Champion user-centric design principles to create exceptional user experiences that drive online engagement and conversion in conjunction with the design experience team.
  • Analytics and Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance, using data insights to make informed decisions.
  • User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, user testing, and customer interviews to iterate and improve digital product features.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and evaluate competitors' products and marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
  • Maintain an awareness of Product Quality and Reliability.
  • Lead the Go to Market team supplying project timeline, technical specifications, product benefits and configurations.
  • Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on digital products or features, experience with medical device or healthcare is a plus
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and working with data products including Tableau and Oracle.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience with Agile or other product development methodologies is a plus.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to understand the business needs of the customer and Sonosite respectively.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements for R&D is a must.
  • Leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring, conflict resolution, and team building skills.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs with or without accommodations

Salary and Benefits:

  • $100,000 - $125,000 depending on experience + variable bonus opportunity

    • Four (4) additional paid days off, based on date of hire in the calendar year
  • Paid Holidays:
