BIM Product Manager - IC 3

Procore is seeking a Product Manager to join our Building Information Modeling (BIM) team and lead the development of our BIM model tools. This role offers a unique opportunity to simplify the complexities of BIM, making powerful 3D files accessible to everyone. Your leadership will drive the creation of intuitive tools that enable both seasoned professionals as well as users with little to no BIM experience with the ability to navigate and use 3D files throughout the entire project lifecycle.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products through market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery. From concept to release, you’ll oversee the development of innovative, differentiated model tools that set Procore apart in the industry. As a Product Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Director and Senior PM to align strategy, initiatives, and prioritizations for the BIM team. Clear communication and expectation management will be critical to the success of this role, ensuring alignment, eliminating overlaps in development efforts, and maximizing productivity to deliver value to our customers using agile methodologies.

This position will report to the Director of Product and be located in our Pune office. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Gain a deep understanding of 3D BIM and gaming viewers to understand our gaps and areas where we can differentiate our tools
• Influence a team of engineers and UX designer, as well as numerous dependent teams across the organization
• Become immersed in the construction industry, syncing with customers and prospects on a weekly basis to understand the diverse challenges they face in order to guide your team in delivering the highest value for our customers and company
• Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience at an enterprise SaaS software company, preferably with experience in 3D viewing technology 
• Customer-centric approach and experience collaborating and conducting discovery with large enterprise companies
• Experience scaling products and successfully driving their adoption 
• Ability to effectively communicate trade-offs for decisions through strong written and verbal skills
• Strong analysis and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down complex solutions into meaningful and impactful milestone releases 
• Strong project management skills to drive predictable execution 
• Strong listening skills; Product Management is equally about inquiring as it is advocating
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, UX Design, or a related field is preferred
