Product Manager

Summary of Role:
SELF ID is actively seeking a Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this pivotal role, you will help shape our product roadmap, author product requirements, manage projects, conduct market research, and manage both internal and external stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with every department within SELF ID to ensure alignment and manage expectations.This fully remote, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and significantly impact our company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery on new features through market and product analysis
• Write detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for new projects, detailing all business, functional, engineering, and design requirements; validate with internal and external stakeholders
• Break down requirements into well-defined tasks ready to be picked up by engineers.
• Participate in standard Agile ceremonies including grooming, sprint planning, standups and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure that quality features are delivered on-time.
• Become a subject-matter expert in our product, industry, customers and partners

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a product management-adjacent field (or equivalent experience).
• Product Management Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in Product Management
• Web3/Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technology and a strong grasp of various layers of blockchain ecosystems (dapps, protocols, infrastructure, etc.).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive in addressing infrastructure challenges.
• Self-Starter: Proactive in identifying and solving problems, requiring minimal supervision to complete tasks and achieve goals.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas, requirements, and feedback across diverse teams and stakeholders.
