In this role, we are looking for an individual with a passion for improving upon existing technologies to help pave the way for new and innovative product breakthroughs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing product delivery and new initiatives and is able to effectively manage dependencies across multiple teams. We also are looking for someone that exhibits excellent analytical and communication skills.
In this role you will:
- Serve as a product owner for our components of Magnite's DV+ exchange. As a Product Manager II it is expected that assignments to product lines and projects may change on a regular basis.
- Own the entire product lifecycle from inception to customer adoption and scale-up. This requires working across technical and business teams to ensure product success.
- Establish, track and own KPIs related to your product areas.
- Understand the business and competitive landscape to define product opportunities and product specifications; work closely with Commercial, Data Science, Engineering, and Project Management to execute and deliver product solutions against these opportunities.
- Collect and synthesize feedback from customers and clients who are integrated into our digital advertising ecosystem.
- Create presentations and regularly present the business and competitive landscape to provide data to cross functional teams
- Design and execute experiments to determine expected outcomes and return on investment for new features and deployments.
- Manage product prioritization and trade-offs, balancing quick wins with longer-term, more strategic product investments.
- Write and present product specifications and present to product and engineering leadership
- Prepare product documentation, communications, release notes, training materials, and other go-to-market deliverables.
- Work closely with our Technical Operations, Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, and Account Management teams to define and hone our integration strategies and best practices.
We're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in product management with experience developing products for digital advertising.

- Communication skills - written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and senior management.
- Experience in driving elements of the product development lifecycle including product roadmapping, product requirements, go-to-market planning, and end-of-life planning.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (especially Data Science, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Operations, and Sales/Account Management/Services).
- Experience in creating and executing experiments that yield data that drive product and engineering decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Comfortable accessing, manipulating, analyzing, and presenting data.
- Knowledge of advertising technologies (ad serving, third-party tags, and tracking).
- A track record of shipping products in a high-growth environment.
