At Magnite, we cultivate an environment of continuous growth and collaboration. Our work impacts what millions of people read, watch, and buy, and we're looking for people to help us tackle that responsibility with creativity and focus. Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI) is the world's largest independent sell-side advertising platform. Publishers use our technology to monetize their content across all screens and formats including CTV, online video, display, and audio. Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day!
In this role you will:
  • Serve as product owner for our emerging ad formats, bringing new innovative products and enhancements to market for our online video, audio, and digital out-of-home ad formats.
  • Understand the business and competitive landscape to define product opportunities and product specifications; work closely with Engineering, UX, and Project Management to execute and deliver product solutions against these opportunities.
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from customers and clients who are integrated into our digital advertising ecosystem (publishers, buyers, third-party vendors/partners).
  • Manage product prioritization and trade-offs, balancing quick wins with longer-term, more strategic product investments.
  • Prepare product documentation, communications, release notes, training materials, and other go-to-market deliverables.
  • Work closely with our Technical Operations, Solutions Engineering, and Account Management teams to define and hone our integration strategies and best practices.

We're looking for someone with:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in product management with experience developing products for digital advertising.
  • Experience in driving elements of the product development lifecycle including product roadmapping, product requirements, go-to-market planning, and end-of-life planning.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (especially Engineering, UX, Project Management, Technical Operations, and Sales/Account Management/Services).
  • Solid understanding of video delivery technologies, including VAST, VPAID, and other digital video delivery standards.
  • Knowledge of advertising technologies (ad serving, third-party tags, and tracking).
  • A track record of shipping products in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and senior management.

Total Rewards Include
Comprehensive Perks and Benefits:
  • Superb Healthcare Coverage for You and Your Family from Day One
  • Generous Time Off
  • Holiday Breaks, Summer Fridays, and Quarterly Mental Health Days
  • Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Family-Focused Benefits and Parental Leave
  • 401k Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Match
  • Cell Phone Subsidy
  • Fitness and Wellness Reimbursement

Our offices provide catered lunches, beverages, snacks, training and development, and office events to support your work week. We also understand you have appointments, families, hobbies, and other commitments. Magnite strives to maintain a healthy work/life integration for all employees so you can bring your best every day - both at work and at home.
