Job Description:

The Product Manager's primary role is to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor large-scale projects with complex scope, high risk, and significant impact. Working closely with key business stakeholders, you will oversee the start-up and completion of projects that may span multiple business units or functional areas. You will be expected to work with minimal supervision, with oversight from the Manager of Professional Services.

• Ensure predictable and consistent project delivery by effectively managing scope, schedule, and resources.
• Provide a comprehensive view of the overall project to all stakeholders within the organization.
• Engage in proactive project planning activities, including:
  
  
  • Defining the overall scope of the project.
  • Creating and maintaining a consolidated timeline/schedule with major milestones and deadlines.
  • Identifying and communicating project dependencies and impacts.
  • Establishing mechanisms for ongoing control, including kick-off meetings, project management approaches, communication plans, risk management, issues management, and change control.
• Define project governance, outlining roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and a clear escalation path.
• Ensure success criteria are defined upfront and actively managed to align with expected project outcomes.
• Keep internal and external stakeholders engaged, aligned on expected outcomes, and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively communicate the project's progress to ensure transparency and provide timely updates.
• Facilitate alignment across all related Fiserv business areas to meet the One Fiserv objectives.
• Understand the culture of the organization and navigate both formal channels and informal networks to ensure project success.
