Product Manager (Mid-Senior Level)

The Product Manager will have an immense impact on Neighbor’s planned exponential growth. You’ll report directly to the VP of Product & Design and work closely with our design team, our engineering team, and other departments to solve our neighbors’ biggest challenges through product enhancements.

A Typical Day

• Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact
• Lead cross-functional groups to deliver on the company objectives
• Communicate concisely and influence outcomes
• Develop product roadmaps, prioritize and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and Leadership/Executive teams
• Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health
• Advocate for the customer with a deep understanding of their needs
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis of maintaining product features vs. innovating new ones
• Be a source of truth for product questions, prioritization, and status
• Demonstrate sound product management practices

About You

• 2+ years of experience as a product manager or similar role
• Experience with consumer internet products or marketplaces is a plus
• Proficient using data to inform decision-making and business opportunities
• Possess strong verbal, written, and visual presentation abilities
• Comfort with a dynamic, fast-growing flat culture and environment
• Ability to conduct problem and solution discovery with minimal supervision
• Ability to quickly absorb complex concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
