We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role you will be instrumental in bringing exciting, large-scale events to life, enhancing fan engagement and expanding the reach of a beloved gaming franchise. You will collaborate closely with a diverse set of teams across the organization to develop, execute, and refine marketing campaigns that resonate with fans worldwide. This role offers the unique opportunity to work within a fast-paced, supportive environment, while leaving a lasting impact on one of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to lead cross-functional teams in creating and executing Minecraft events, broadcasts, and immersive experiences, such as Minecraft Live and Minecraft Experience.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to support the Minecraft franchise and its events, working with teams across creative content, video, editorial, social media, community management, web, PR, influencers, and media to bring initiatives to life.
  • Drive cross-functional projects, including managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Utilize player and consumer insights to create content and experiences that enhance player engagement and meet program objectives.
  • Stay informed on gaming, pop-culture, and industry trends to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful.
  • Oversee and review marketing materials, ensuring all brand approvals are obtained through internal channels and guidelines.
  • Support the analysis of campaign performance and use data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer-focused marketing within the gaming, technology, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven experience in successfully developing and managing omni-channel marketing campaigns across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global collaborations across time zones, including work with internal and external partners.
  • In-depth understanding of the gaming industry, as well as experience with physical and digital event production.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with familiarity in tools like Microsoft Teams, Office 365, SharePoint, Slack, and ClickUp.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large-scale video game brands or consumer-focused franchises.
  • Hands-on experience in both physical and digital consumer events.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $80,000 to $85,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
