Job Description
MetaWealth is a WEB3 investment platform, that tokenizes real estate assets through blockchainÂ
technology, transforming physical properties into digital tokens representing ownership stakes. ThisÂ
approach lowers the entry threshold for investors and enhances transparency, security, andÂ
efficiency by leveraging smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanisms.

MetaWealth is looking for passionate and driven ROCKSTARS to join our team as Product Owner.Â
You will be responsible for driving the development of our product portfolio and ensuring our usersÂ
have an exceptional experience. You will be an advocate for our users, understand their needs andÂ
pain points, and translate those insights into product requirements and features that will enhanceÂ
their experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering,Â
and data to deliver product experiences that meet our users' needs and business goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of working with a high growth fintech company or working or related business areas such as acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, and so on
- 4+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products
- 1+ years of experience in managing people.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Great eye for UX/UI and good understanding of design best practices
- Great at building data driven.
- High analytical acumen along with strong business sense that guides ROI based prioritization.
- Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, users, and partners.
- A bias to action and bootstrapping major projects, never hesitant to roll up your sleeves and be hands on
- Experience leading product development from zero to first release and beyond
- Readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Set product goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with MetaWealthâs mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research and company strategy.
- Work closely with UX and to define customer journey and create amazing user experience;Â liaise with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of the product.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as Product Marketing, Legal, and Product Strategy
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with our business goals, user needs, and industry trends.
- Define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements and user stories to engineering,Â
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify product opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new product features and enhancements on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about the competitive landscape and identifyÂ
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
- Define and measure product success metrics and KPIs, and report on the product'sÂ
design, and data teams.
