Job Description

  • Product Launch Leadership: Lead development, communication and execution of comprehensive product commercialization strategy including go-to-market and post-launch plans. Support cross-portfolio initiatives that leverage key functionality from the portfolio.
  • Readiness Project Management: Work across organizational boundaries to ensure that all go-to-market goals and critical milestones are met. Manage program risk by communicating issues and mitigation plans to all levels including leadership and recommending solutions.
  • Operational Readiness : Drive operational readiness to ensure that the product is able to be properly marketed, sold, contracted, installed, trained, billed, supported, analyzed for utilization and canceled. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders around key activities.
  • Defining Success : Works with the Business Leadership, Product Management, Product Marketing and Change Management to ensure success of product launches can be measured and achieve business goals. Suggests ideas for improvement.
  • VOC : Keeps the voice and perspective of the customer present throughout the entire lifecycle of the product. Facilitate, capture and use of team member and client feedback. Promote client-centric value propositions and positioning to inform commercialization strategy.
  • Training and Support Alignment: Aids Change Management to ensure that marketing, training, sales, client care and operations have the facts to effectively plan for, train and support new products and solutions being delivered.
  • Process Improvement: Drives processes that elevate our go-to-marketing planning and ensuring operational readiness for product launches. Champion continuous improvement using innovative ideas to increase effectiveness.
  • Communication: Effectively uses persuasion and negotiation techniques with boundary partners. Builds networks of support for ideas and/or initiatives. Synthesizes information quickly and tailors messaging to audiences. Able to represent Cox Automotive at high-profile and/or public events.
  • Change: Ability to drive change and create team alignment. Sees the connection point across initiatives and calculates the impact to adoption. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to ongoing changes.
  • Travel required up to 20%

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
What We Look For:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, with 7 - 9 years of related experience with a minimum of 2 years of management experience a plus
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams
  • Experience in project management. PMP or similar certification a plus
  • Experience building processes and systems to track performance using KPI's, metrics, analytics, dashboards etc.
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum
  • Proven experience in operational and change management
  • Experience in client experience and relationship management
