🌟YOUR ROLE WILL BE :

In this Work-Study Trainee role, you will join the Professional Services Team at Hivebrite, and your responsibility will be to support the delivery of the technical services from our Service Catalog.

We are seeking a motivated Work/Study trainee, based in Paris, with technically-savvy and interested in the Saas Tech industry skills.

Within the Professional Services team, the primary mission of the Technical Consultant will be to execute technical tasks supporting our services to our clients.

🌟 YOUR MISSION WILL BE

• Services for client onboardings:

When new customers are subscribing to Hivebrite, an Onboarding Specialist is onboarding the customer. As part of your mission, you’ll help to:

- Create and configure the customer’s platform within Hivebrite

- Build out the platform with the content, assets and information provided by the customer

- Configure the mobile application for the client within the Apple Store and the Google Store

- Deliver any other technical task that could support the onboarding of a new customer

- Build training content to digitalize the training within onboarding

- Document processes and specifications for customer onboarding

- Collaborate with support teams to create or update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and video tutorials for onboarding







• Services for Data migrations and import:

Our data migration services involve extracting data, cleaning data, analyzing data, reviewing data with the customer and importing data. As part of your role, you will:

- Get data using APIs

- Clean and analyze data using spreadsheets

- Import data

- Document processes and specifications for data services

- Create technical process documentation for internal usage







• Support for Data Analytics:

As part of our data analytics services, you may be required to: 

- Build custom reports in our in-house Analytics module

- Document custom reports for our clients

- Analyze custom reports for our clients

- Document processes and specifications for analytics services

- Track and report on onboarding success metrics such as time-to-first-value










Hivebrite offers a variety of services, so you may be involved in those ones, allowing you to work on a large scale of types of Saas platform services.

🌟YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• Currently study for a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Technically savvy:

- Expert in spreadsheet manipulation

- Knowledge in data analysis

• Fluent in English
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

🌟 RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• A 45 min video call with Max, our Talent Acquisition Manager
• A 1 hour video-call with Paloma, our Manager of the EU Onboarding Team, and your potential futur manager to go deeper on the job description and for you to understand the expectations of the role.
• A 30 minutes visio call with Matt (Head of Professional Services)
• A last meeting within our office, to meet the rest of the team




🚀Our recruitment process lasts max 15 working days and we can deliver an offer 48 hours after the final interview
