Job Description
AECOM is seeking a talented and highly motivated Program Analyst to support our Energy team's large utility programs in Southern California.
The successful candidate should be a dynamic, self-directed individual. The candidate will need strong technical, organizational and communication skills to ensure projects meet communications objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Program Onboarding Support
- Coordinate program meetings, activities and internal team communication
- Maintain Master Meeting Tracker
- Provide scheduling, materials, notes, etc. to support program meetings and activities
- Assist with project site office facilities coordination
- Track program metrics
- Support program management team (Program Leadership support - Program Director/other key Leads)
- Client interface

DCS-Energy
AECOM's Energy practice provides a wide range of services from consulting and engineering design to energy engineering, energy procurement and construction (EPC) for power, energy efficiency, and renewable energy clients. Our understanding of the big picture -andthe interconnection between generation,distribution, storage,and the demand side of the meter - allows us to deliver holisticstrategiesthatimprove and modernize next generationenergyinfrastructure. We connect knowledge and experience across our global framework to bring together a unique combination of engineers, planners, scientists, and project managers who advance cleaner, secure, and more sustainable energy solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in human relations, marketing, management, communications, planning, engineering or a related discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and oral communications skills, including copyediting and familiarity with AP style
- Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize complex materials
- Knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies and tools
- Fluency with Microsoft Office products, including strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project and organizational skills
- Experience in relevant areas such as engineering, utilities, renewable energy, and/or sustainability
Additional Information:
Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $67,111-110,245
