The Team:
Gloo360 is the premier managed services provider (MSP) division of Gloo dedicated to delivering comprehensive technology and operational support to non-profit organizations and mission-driven enterprises. By managing critical systems such as IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and enterprise platforms like Workday, Salesforce, and HubSpot, Gloo360 empowers its partners to focus on their core missions. Through innovative solutions, strategic integrations, and exceptional customer support, Gloo360 ensures operational excellence while driving efficiency, scalability, and transformative impact for the organizations it serves.
The Opportunity:
The Program Manager at Gloo360 will oversee and drive the successful execution of complex, cross-functional programs across various operational areas, including Workday, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other enterprise platforms. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to balance technical and business priorities, manage cross-departmental efforts, and deliver results aligned with Gloo360's goals. Program Managers will specialize in managing projects and initiatives for specific systems or take on generalist responsibilities for broader program management needs. This position is remote based at our headquarters in Boulder, Colorado.
What You'll Be Doing:
- General Program Management

- Develop and oversee cross-functional programs, cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to align program objectives with key business goals.
- Manage program roadmaps, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Monitor and mitigate program risks, ensuring smooth execution across teams.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Partner with IT teams to align programs with data governance and technology strategies.
- Work with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize system enhancements.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for project management and operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including roadmaps, plans, and status reports.
- Regularly report on program progress, performance, and outcomes to leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, with expertise in enterprise systems like Workday, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data governance, and enterprise workflows.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Tableau is a plus.
Compensation: $95,000 - $140,000
