Job Description
AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented Program Manager in Houston, Texas .
The responsibilities of the Program Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for the financial health of the projects and programs
- Meets with staff and organizes all work and staffing
- Hires staff as required
- Controls the projects, cost, schedule and performance
- Responsible for quality and all deliverables to the client
- Responsible to client relations and primary point of contact
- Develops proposals and manages all aspects of the contracts and amendments
- Directs all work associated with the projects or programs
- Develops presentations and conducts or facilitates presentations
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background screening
- Minimum 15 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management field experience
- Experience managing or leading a team
- Experience managing or leading Research Laboratory Construction Projects
- Office Facility project experience
- Expert in CMAR procurement, contract management and project execution
- Additional industry certifications such as CCM, or PMP
- Ability to communicate at a high level with senior leaders within AECOM and/or the client's organization
