Job Description

ServiceNow is currently seeking a Program Specialist - Academic Partnerships who will work to execute on our Academic Partnerships Strategy with global public and private Higher Education institutions for external consumer talent. We strive to close the opportunity gap by preparing learners to thrive in careers shaped by continuous technological change and the need for digital skills . Through our university curriculum integration programs, we invest and build delivery capability of faculty and offer programs to students thereby meaningfully improve their lives, communities, and workplaces. What you get to do in this role:

  • Evangelize Academic Partnership Program strategy, program management, providing value proposition.
  • Execute the strategy and management of international, national, regional and local university partnerships as assigned. Focus areas: Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Manage the international partnership process requirements for assigned institutions: researching needs, securing executive sponsorship with the Academic Partnerships Program Director, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  • Closely work with university management team and their professors.
  • Be a trusted advisor and guide through the Academic Partnership onboarding process.
  • Supervise the Academic Partnership Program life cycle (Student enrollment, Student learning completion)
  • Troubleshoot issues with rosters, enrollment, training instance, labs, certification vouchers etc.
  • Report on assessment and health of the assigned academic partnership relationships including KPIs
  • Maintain metrics, dashboard, data analysis.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 5+ years experience in a program or business management position
  • Experience working across a range of cultures and running global programs
  • Commitment to justice, inclusivity, and equity
  • Ability to accept feedback graciously and integrate it into system/process improvement
  • High degree of autonomy, versatility, personal initiative, intrinsic motivation, and self-management skills
  • Experience working collaboratively and effectively on diverse teams or with a diverse range of people
  • Knowledge of and/or ability to interface with U.S. and international academic institutions and their cultures
  • High level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability
  • Experience incorporating measurement and assessments into programs
  • Effective networking and cross functional connectivity skills
