Project Administrator intern

Your Role and Responsibilities
The Project Administrator role is responsible for maintaining daily activities of a typical project. This includes tracking team tasks schedule as well as internal project processes.

Your responsibility :

• You’ll be the go-to person for tracking and reporting the status of team tasks making sure everything is on schedule.
• You’ll help maintain access control data security and privacy protocols to keep the project running smoothly.
• You’ll manage the onboarding and offboarding of team members ensuring everyone is set up for success.
• You’ll keep key project documents organized including taking meeting minutes and capturing action items.
• You’ll also get hands-on experience with tools like Jira or monday.com to streamline workflows and boost team productivity.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Education: You’re a recent graduate or finishing up a degree in Project Management IT Business or something similar.
• Tech Savvy: You’re familiar with project management tools (bonus points for knowing Jira or monday.com).
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You love staying organized and keeping track of details deadlines and documents.
• Communication Skills: You’re confident in your ability to clearly report progress and coordinate with team members.
