Project Manager

What you’ll achieve

As a Project Manager you will manage projects and support Dedalus Solutions in Portugal.

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

• Responsible for managing Portugal and Spain projects

• Create and implement project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for one or more small to medium-sized projects

• Conduct ongoing project status reviews and identify possible project risks, recommending and implementing risk mitigation solutions as approved and appropriate

• Interface with team members and stakeholders to manage changes to the project, which may involve adjustments to technical requirements, business requirements, and the schedule

• Manage client, company, and project team expectations for agreed-upon project performance by obtaining, providing, and monitoring project metrics

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Extensive experience as a project manager

• Experience working with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software, and finance and accounting concepts and practices.

• Experience working with healthcare projects related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases.

• Stakeholder management skills.

• Complete analysis of more complex healthcare solutions with prepared design by senior Dedalus developers and analysts.

• Good customer focus and the ability to design solutions to meet their needs.

• Project Manager certification: PMP, Scrum or similar

• Good knowledge in project management platforms such as: D365, Remedy, etc.
