As our Project Manager-Workfront, you will…
Be Accountable and Responsible
- Collaborate with the Client Services and delivery teams to define the scope of the project, including goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team helping define vision, clarifying strategic requirements, explaining complex ideas clearly, and managing expectations.
- Have financial oversight at the project level working with Account and Client Finance
- Leads and inspires the team by communicating the vision for the project as well as involving people at the optimal levels for project success and overall team utilization.
- Facilitates and oversees interdisciplinary teams of implementation and Integration consultants for clear sets of deliverables that match client requirements and expectations.
- Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes managed In Workfront work management solution
- Leads efficient internal and external meetings and conference calls with the ability to effectively set up the presentation of the work and obtain necessary approvals
- Clearly communicates project issues and resolutions to the internal team and client
- Creatively problem-solves enabling the best creative output without jeopardizing the schedule or budget
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of project management experience with an agency, martech, and/or consulting firm
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years Workfront experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial acumenÂ
- Must have strong knowledge in digital & traditional print arenas
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000/yearly
Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training, and experience. MERGE’s career ladders reflect department growth from Associate through Partner levels, with details of roles and responsibilities associated with each level. New hires are assigned a job level within a particular position based on these criteria and salary is set within the job level based on these criteria. Growth from one level to the next occurs when employees master their role, and are promoted into the next level, generally during salary review cycles which are posted in the employee handbook.
