The Automotive Project Manager (Auto Shows) will be responsible for promotion, sales, operations, and venue relationships for all automotive-related events throughout the county to include, but not limited to, Auto Shows, EV educational events, car shows, off-site sales events, etc. This role will plan and implement events by coordinating venues, schedules, marketing plans, community awareness, internal teams, and external vendors, and manage multiple budgets for each event. This role will include travel to local sites to assist the sales team with acquiring sponsorships and revenue from the local automotive body and ancillary businesses. Travel is expected monthly to at least one upcoming show location and during the actual event. The ideal candidate would have event planning experience and exhibit high organization skills and great communication as well as thrive in a high-paced environment. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $40,000 and $45,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
