Project Manager - Scrummaster

Job description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate and guide a scrum team for a Connected Vehicle program in an onshore-offshore model.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading the scrum team
• Organize and lead scrum ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Facilitate onshore resolution of blockers
• Work with onshore product owners and team to remove blockers from project during US business hours
• Manage client and team communications
• Work closely with the onsite product owner, offshore technical and testing leads and business systems analyst to translate epics and stories into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Reporting

• Create and maintain project timelines and identify and manage risks.
• Backlog management and reporting
• Report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, etc.)
