Job Title: QA Specialist - Complaints
Location: Uppsala, Sweden (onsite)
Job Description
Join us in this dynamic role as a QA Specialist - Complaints! Be a key player in our journey of growth and excellence, handling technical complaints for our innovative medical device and pharmaceutical products. As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will directly impact the quality of life for our customers by ensuring the highest standards of product performance.
Key Responsibilities

Investigate technical complaints for medical device and pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.

Review and evaluate complaint samples related to product issues to identify root causes and potential improvements.

Coordinate investigations, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and follow up on their effectiveness.

Trend and analyse complaint data, preparing detailed presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and regulatory, to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Support quality assurance activities aligned with standards like ISO 13485, QSR 21 CFR 820, GMP, and other relevant regulations.

Drive enhancements in technical complaint handling processes to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, engineering).

Some years of experience in the life science industry, preferably in quality assurance, production, or quality control.

Strong understanding of GMP principles and quality standards such as ISO 13485 or QSR.

Proven ability to document investigations and handle technical complaint processes effectively.

Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
