Job Description

This position can be done fully remotely.

• Develop and implement an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and framework that aligns with our mission, values, and long-term sustainability goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business processes, including supply chain management, product development, and operations
• Conduct ESG risk assessments and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations and guidance to senior management and relevant stakeholders
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, NGOs, and industry peers, to stay informed about evolving sustainability trends, best practices, and industry standards
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant European and USA reporting frameworks
• Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness and understanding of ESG issues among employees at all levels of the organization
• Keep abreast of relevant ESG regulatory developments and ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to track the progress and impact of ESG initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions as necessary
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in ESG practices, exploring new technologies, partnerships, or initiatives that help advance our sustainability agenda, and scope of actions
• Manage different environmental and sustainability related projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Sustainability.
• 2 years of experience in implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs and managing ESG initiatives for a medium-big corporation.
