How you will make contributions that matter

Join Saputo Dairy Australia as Quality Systems Supervisor at our Cobram production site. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible to oversee the quality systems and facilitate the clearance of manufactured goods in line with SDA’s quality processes.

• Lead internal, GMP audits and oversee external audits to ensure quality standards are maintained to regulatory requirements.
• Lead and investigate all areas of non-conformance and provide recommended outcomes & corrective actions arising from customer, accreditation, regulatory audits (internal / external).
• Maintain the HACCP plan, Quality SOP, test instructions, sampling instructions, CCP’s & QCPs.
• Provide technical expertise to promote continuous improvements on quality processes involved within the Quality team and the broader business.
• Maintaining high-level communication and working relationships with other departments and key stakeholders.

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or equivalent.
• Working experience in Food quality & safety / auditing or similar role.
• Sound knowledge of all food laws and regulations including audit level experience of HACCP and other Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Leadership experience and the ability to engage and motivate your team.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly organized & attention to detail.
