Tufin is looking for a dedicated Release Manager who thrives on delivering seamless, high-quality releases! The ideal candidate has experience in R&D processes, Agile methodologies, and tools like Jira. You'll lead planning, coordination, and execution to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate all phases of the release lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Product, and Operations teams to define release schedules and milestones.
• Ensure successful delivery of releases while maintaining timelines, and minimal disruption to users.
• Monitor and manage risks and dependencies across releases, escalating issues when necessary.
• Implement and improve release processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track release progress and ensure transparency.
• Conduct post-release reviews and retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in release management or related roles in an R&D environment.
• Strong understanding of R&D workflows, software development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with release management tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple releases simultaneously.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with cloud environments and deployment processes.
• Certification in Agile or project management (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP).
