The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

This role will be a major contributor in the planning, development and maintenance of a Reference Data Management solution (RDM).

As a RDM IT Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Collaborating with business teams to define requirements, and implement solutions related to Reference Data, and Master Data.
• Analyzing data and designing solutions for Reference data.
• Performing IT System Testing for RDM applications to ensure system requirements are met.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations through systems support including helpdesk and general troubleshooting.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and seven (7) years experience working on RDM or IT applications or in Operations in a private, public, government or military environment.

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND elven (11) years experience working on RDM or IT applications or in Operations in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Operational experience with Reference Data and processes, or SAP, or Master data and processes.
• Experience using/configuring any RDM tool.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working on Validated applications.
• Experience with/knowledge of IT technologies such as SQL, querying/analyzing data, Coding (any language), WebServices/APIs.

Work location:

• Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
