We're looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. Prismic has built a Headless Website Builder used by thousands of companies around the world. Creative developers use Prismic to create modern websites and make them easily editable by marketing teams. The Talent Acquisition Team 💼

We are a growing global team dedicated to bringing top talent to Prismic. Our role is to partner with hiring managers across departments to find exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition, and as part of this team, you’ll help shape the future of Prismic by identifying and engaging the people who will drive our success.

Our mission is twofold: to find the right people for Prismic and to help talent take the next steps in their careers. We aim to create meaningful opportunities, ensuring that every hire not only adds value to Prismic but also finds an amazing place to grow and thrive!

What you'll do 🔧

- Hire! We expect consistency in hitting your targets

- Raise the bar with every hire

- Deliver on key targets and provide reporting metrics to optimize our processes and hire smarter

- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that everything is smooth and that we conduct quality hiring processes

- Ensure a great candidate experience

- Advise hiring managers, setting up and managing expectations

- Improve time-to-fill, achieving monthly targets

- Your work will play a critical role in driving Prismic’s growth by bringing in top talent and strengthening our team across the board

- Transform hiring managers into strategic partners by educating them on moving beyond intuition-based hiring. Help them build effective hiring strategies by translating requirements into actionable frameworks, tests, and clear job descriptions. Guide them in setting up a structured, data-driven hiring process that ensures the right talent joins their teams

Are you the one? 🧠

The ideal candidate is resilient and loves Talent Acquisition for real. We’re looking for hands-on, strategic individuals who know what they’re doing and why, while staying flexible and adaptable in their approach.

- 7+ years of experience in Recruitment

- Experience recruiting for Tech or Sales & Marketing

- Fluent English - we are an English-first (and only) company

- A data-driven mindset

- Organization and time management skills

- Someone who understands processes and is diligent with systems

- Experience and familiarity in incorporating AI technologies into their tasks and workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.

- Lastly, self-awareness is key. We’re looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also grounded, collaborative, and humble. Success in this role requires a proven track record of making lasting, high-impact contributions in previous roles.
