Summary

The Recruiter at 48forty will be responsible for working with Hiring Managers in different departments creating job descriptions, posting requisitions, sourcing prospects, contacting applicants, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews for salaried and corporate roles. The Recruiter will also be responsible for representing and maintaining the Relogistics and 48forty brands, and ensuring we attract and hire people who will contribute to the culture and growth of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Track and measure recruitment objectives for all roles assigned
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboarded
  • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
  • Screen and qualify candidates over the phone, virtually, and face to face
  • Provide top internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer of choice in all markets
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and/or presentations for high-level Executives
  • Manage other projects related to job boards and job fairs, as they arise
  • Conduct meetings and or training sessions for Hiring Managers, when required
  • Implement strategies to reduce time to fill and increase quality of hire
  • Provide a positive candidate experience to all applicants
  • Provide constant status updates to Hiring Managers
  • Prioritize workload according to company and hiring manager need

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related vertical, highly preferred
  • Must have 3+ years of demonstrated success as an in-house, Corporate Recruiter or dedicated agency Recruiter
  • 2-5 years of experience with an ATS, Greenhouse strongly preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience with sourcing candidates, screening/qualifying candidates, and building partnerships with hiring managers of all levels
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial, Manufacturing or Construction industries strongly preferred
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Experience with job boards and/or social media
  • Must possess exceptional communication skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be adaptable, and possess a solution-oriented, go-getter mentality
  • Bilingual is a plus

  • This is a hybrid position working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
