Tarkett Sports recherche un recruteur bilingue pour rejoindre notre équipe d'acquisition de talents, en soutien aux besoins de recrutement de notre équipe nord-américaine. Ce poste est basé à Montréal, et sera responsable du recrutement au Canada et aux États-Unis, en veillant au respect des exigences locales et fédérales (AAP).

Principales responsabilités :

  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires pour Ă©valuer leurs besoins en talents et conseiller sur la meilleure stratĂ©gie d'embauche.

  • GĂ©rer le cycle complet de recrutement.

  • Veiller au respect de la rĂ©glementation en matière de droit du travail, gĂ©rer l'activitĂ© des candidats dans le système de suivi des candidats Workday et conserver les dossiers de candidature et de CV conformĂ©ment Ă  la politique de l'entreprise.

  • Rechercher des candidats de manière crĂ©ative et crĂ©er des pipelines de talents pour des opportunitĂ©s actuelles et futures.

  • Filtrer et Ă©valuer les compĂ©tences des candidats avec expertise, en veillant Ă  ce qu'elles correspondent aux besoins de l'entreprise.

  • Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients internes et les candidats, en agissant en tant que partenaire de confiance.

  • Utiliser des techniques de « sourcing » de pointe, faire de la chasse de tĂŞte pour trouver les meilleurs talents, en tirant parti des mĂ©dias sociaux, des sites d'emploi et des opportunitĂ©s de rĂ©seautage.

  • DĂ©velopper des relations avec diffĂ©rentes universitĂ©s et collèges.

  • Maintenir une approche globale du recrutement, en anticipant les besoins futurs en talents.

  • Assurer le respect des lois du travail locales et des exigences fĂ©dĂ©rales « AAP ».

  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires pour dĂ©finir les exigences du poste et gĂ©rer le cycle de recrutement complet.

  • Maitrise du français et anglais afin de supporter les Ă©quipes de l’AmĂ©rique du Nord (Canada et États-Unis).

  • CapacitĂ© Ă  rechercher et Ă  attirer de manière crĂ©ative les meilleurs talents grâce Ă  des mĂ©thodes de recrutement innovantes.

  • ExpĂ©rience en gestion des relations avec les Ă©quipes internes et les partenaires internes, en les aidant Ă  naviguer dans les sources de talents et en les assistant dans l'Ă©valuation.

  • CapacitĂ© de travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement en Ă©volution rapide.

  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de service Ă  la clientèle.

  • Forte attention aux dĂ©tails et compĂ©tences organisationnelles.

  • CompĂ©tences en nĂ©gociation d'offres, connaissance de la lĂ©gislation pertinente en matière d'emploi et des tendances du marchĂ© du travail

  • CapacitĂ© Ă  mener Ă  bien des projets - Ă©quilibre entre efficacitĂ© et qualitĂ©

Expérience:

  • 3 ans ou plus d'expĂ©rience en recrutement.

  • DiplĂ´me d'Ă©tudes collĂ©giale ; une formation complĂ©mentaire ou des certifications professionnelles en RH ou en recrutement est un atout.

Tarkett Sports is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting the North America recruitment needs for our team. This role is based in Montreal, Quebec, and will be responsible for recruitment across Quebec, Ontario, and the US, ensuring compliance with federal Affirmative Action Program (AAP) requirements. The team will support our sales, operations, and corporate functions across North American businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers in our organization to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy 

- Creatively source candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future openings.

- Screen and assess candidate skills with expertise, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal clients and candidates, acting as a trusted partner.

- Utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques to find the best talent, leveraging social media, job boards, and networking opportunities.

- Maintain a big-picture approach to recruiting, anticipating future talent needs.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and federal AAP requirements for recruitment in Quebec, Ontario, and the US.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage the full recruitment cycle.

Skills and Competencies:

- Bilingual in English and French, with a deep understanding of recruitment in Quebec, Ontario, and the US.

- Ability to creatively source and attract top talent through innovative recruitment methods.

- Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment 

- Strong screening and assessment skills to evaluate candidate qualifications.

- Self-directed and entrepreneurial, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.

- Familiarity with federal Affirmative Action Program (AAP) regulations.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends 

- The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality 

Experience Desired:

- 3+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting.

- High school diploma required; further education or professional certifications in HR or recruitment is a plus.
