Recruitment:

• Thực hiện công tác tuyển dụng Khối Vận Hành;
• Tìm kiếm, đề xuất các kênh tuyển dụng hiệu quả;
• Sàng lọc hồ sơ, liên hệ với các ứng viên, sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn và trực tiếp tham gia phỏng vấn;
• Thực hiện báo cáo theo yêu cầu từ Quản lý trực tiếp;
• Hỗ trợ các công việc khi có yêu cầu từ Quản lý trực tiếp.

Requirements:

• Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tuyển dụng nhân sự hoặc tương tự.
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan Quản trị nhân sự, Quản trị kinh doanh...
• Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng các vị trí lao động phổ thông.
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và đa nhiệm;
• Tiếng Anh cơ bản.
