Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of Just Right Reader’s marketing efforts in state adoptions and large districts. This role combines creative, analytical, and managerial skills to develop and implement digital campaigns, optimize online presence, support sales enablement and events, and drive measurable results and growth. The manager will collaborate across departments, and ensure Just Right Reader’s marketing strategies align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement customized regional marketing plans that support sales objectives and business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify regional opportunities, challenges, and priorities.
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
- Create region-specific promotions, product marketing, events, and programs to support sales initiatives.
- Sales Enablement:
- Provide sales teams with tools, collateral, and training to effectively promote products and services.
- Develop case studies, presentations, and other sales materials to facilitate customer engagement.
- Event Management:
- Support marketing for regional trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, industry associations, and partners.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for the regional sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on sales support or regional marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering ROI-driven results.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and content creation software.
- Previous experience working closely with sales teams.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced start-up environment and pivot as necessary.
- Adaptability to changing market trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
