• Gathers deep knowledge about regional product requirements for specific trades & volume segments​
• Defines portfolio need for specific trade / volume segment for the region​
• Contributes to successful and efficient implementation of projects in global product management​
• Actively contributes to the business success for the respective trades & volume segments in a region
• Identifies user, dealer, sales & competitor insights for the respective trades & volume segments in a region and translates this into product demand​
• Ensures methodological excellence when generating user & market insights​
• Provides reliable volume forecasts for new products to the BU​
• Contributes to the global product management team with regional insights across the development process​
• Supports the global product management team in the go-to-market phase within PIF​
• Monitors the regional business situation (market shares, competitor activities, etc.)

Experience & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of respective target groups and their product portfolio​
• Strong methodological skills in identifying user insights
• Proficient Marketing & Sales knowledge – ideally in Global Product Marketing​
• Deep product knowledge​
• Practical experience in UX & design thinking methods​
• Intercultural experience

Personality:

• Proficient Entrepreneurial thinking and acting​
• Strong communicator​
• Strong decision-making, result orientation​ and analytical skills
