We are currently looking for candidates in the following territories:
Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New England.
This role is primarily remote, but includes some travel in your local territory.

Objective:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the designated region. This pivotal role involves developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within the aftermarket automotive sector. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a proven track record in sales, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Working within the sales team to develop winning strategies and tactics, including collaboration to refine the process of lead screening, qualification, and overall opportunity management.
• Consistently prospecting for new business and building your sales pipeline through individual, outbound efforts.
• Promptly respond to and qualify inbound leads generated through BDRs, marketing efforts, tradeshows, and other lead channels.
• Effectively present and demonstrate our products to prospects by showcasing the value of KUKUI.
• Meeting and exceeding your monthly pipeline development goals.
• Meeting and exceeding your annual and quarterly sales quota.
• Continuously seeking new ways to grow and develop both professionally and personally.
• Interact with prospects via email, phone, text, social media, and other sales generation tools.
• Research new and existing pipeline accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities.
• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
• Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects.
• Update prospect interactions following defined processes in our CRM to ensure efficient data and opportunity management.
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrates unwavering self-discipline, hard work, and a mission-driven approach with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Skilled in engaging and persuading both decision-makers and end-users, with a talent for starting revenue-driving conversations and advancing the sales process through strategic positioning and closing techniques.
• A team-oriented professional adept at working across all levels of an organization and fostering collaborative success.
• Comfortable with modern sales engagement and automation tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exhibits a high-energy attitude with a passion for new technology, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for clear, concise, and effective discourse with clients and team members.
• Brings strong business acumen, industry expertise, and a proven ability to mentor and lead a sales team towards achieving high-performance levels.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, coupled with excellent discovery and listening skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
Nice to Have:
• SEM, Analytics and SEO knowledge
• Digital marketing experience in a SAAS based company.
Working Experience:
• 5+ years of sales experience in the SAAS sector, with a strong preference for experience in the aftermarket automotive industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
