RESPONSABILITÉS ET FONCTIONS

  • DĂ©veloppement de nouveaux affaires : CrĂ©er une croissance commerciale par la prospection dans un large marchĂ© avec un potentiel de parts de marchĂ©.
  • Gestion des comptes clĂ©s : GĂ©rer les comptes clĂ©s de taille moyenne et grande avec des opportunitĂ©s de croissance organique accrue au sein des clients existants.
  • RĂ©solution de problĂšmes : Processus de vente Ă  valeur ajoutĂ©e, axĂ© sur la conquĂȘte et la fidĂ©lisation des clients ainsi que sur les affaires rĂ©currentes.
  • Orientation client : Mettre l'accent sur la rĂ©duction des coĂ»ts totaux, l'amĂ©lioration de la qualitĂ© de production et l'atteinte des objectifs de santĂ©, de sĂ©curitĂ© et d'environnement au sein de la clientĂšle.
  • Gestion des opĂ©rations clients : GĂ©rer les opĂ©rations de la base de clients existante, en garantissant l'application, la sĂ©lection, la livraison des produits, la rĂ©solution de problĂšmes, la gestion des crĂ©ances, etc.
  • Formation et accompagnement : Les nouveaux professionnels des ventes reçoivent une formation et un mentorat approfondis pour soutenir leur succĂšs.
  • Soutien technique : Équipe technique exceptionnelle sur le terrain et en recherche et dĂ©veloppement (R&D) pour soutenir les opportunitĂ©s de vente et la gestion des comptes.
  • Voyages : Voyager vers les clients actuels et potentiels pour dĂ©velopper des relations et accroĂźtre les ventes.
  • Soutien aux Ă©quipes de service : Soutenir les fonctions de l'Ă©quipe de service selon les besoins pour la gestion de votre territoire de vente.
  • Fonctions essentielles : CapacitĂ© Ă  accomplir les fonctions essentielles de ce poste avec ou sans amĂ©nagements raisonnables.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • ExpĂ©rience : 5 ans d'expĂ©rience en ventes, de prĂ©fĂ©rence dans l'industrie chimique spĂ©cialisĂ©e.
  • Autonomie : Autonome, avec un bilan de compĂ©tences en gestion du temps.
  • EfficacitĂ© prouvĂ©e : CapacitĂ© dĂ©montrĂ©e Ă  prospecter, conclure de nouveaux projets et rĂ©aliser des prĂ©sentations efficaces.
  • Relations clients : CapacitĂ© dĂ©montrĂ©e Ă  Ă©tablir et Ă  gĂ©rer des relations clients Ă  long terme.
  • Orientation vers la rĂ©ussite : Motivation Ă  performer et Ă  dĂ©velopper un territoire de vente.

  • Permis de conduire : PossĂ©der un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite vierge.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create new business growth through prospecting in a large market with market-share upside.
  • Manage key accounts of mid-sized and large accounts with an opportunity for increased organic growth within existing customers. 
  • Problem-solving, value-added selling process with a focus on winning and retaining customers and repeat consumable business.
  • Strong customer emphasis on reducing total cost, improving production quality, and achieving health, safety, and environmental goals and objectives within the customer base.
  • Ability to manage existing client base operations from ensuring product application, selection, delivery, problem solving, accounts receivables, etc.
  • New Sales Professionals receive thorough training and mentoring to support success. 
  • Outstanding field and Research and Development (R&D) technical team to support selling opportunities and account management. 
  • Travel to current and prospective customers to develop relationships and grow sales. 
  • Support service team functions as required for the management of your sales territory.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of sales experience is preferred within the specialty chemical industry.
  • Self-driven, with a track record of time management skills.
  • Proven effectiveness in prospecting, closing new projects, and delivering effective presentations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships.
  • High achievement orientation; driven to perform and grow a sales territory. 
  • Professionally developed sales and territory management skills.
  • Strong consultation, negotiation, problem-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in sales budgeting and sales funnel management using web-based Microsoft CRM
  • Comfortable using online tools for account management (orders, tracking, pricing, invoicing, etc.)
  • High achievement orientation; driven to perform and grow a sales territory. 
  • Professionally developed sales and territory management skills.
  • Strong consultation, negotiation, problem-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand new product lines and utilize knowledge to fulfill customer needs. 
  • Ability to travel up to 25% including overnight travel from time to time.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform technical/mechanical on-site testing as required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business field preferred.
