Job Description
THE POSITION:
To support a wide range of strategy, research, and communications projects.Â
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:Â

Liaise with project stakeholders as requiredÂ
-
Conduct structured or systematic searches of medical literatureÂ
-
Critically review, interpret, and synthesize medical literatureÂ
-
Develop drafts of publications (eg, manuscripts, abstracts, posters)Â
-
Develop draft reports (eg, technical) and slide decksÂ
-
Liaise with key opinion leaders (eg, clinicians, health economists)Â
-
Review, edit, and format draft documentsÂ
-
Perform quality assurance on model equations, written materials, etc.Â
-
Develop drafts of product dossiers, value messages, marketing and sales materials, clinical summaries, and objection handlersÂ
-
Develop cost-effectiveness and budget impact modelsÂ
-
Parameterize and run models; review and interpret resultsÂ
-
Conduct meta-analyses, NMAs, and simple statistical analysesÂ
-
Develop draft statistical analysis plansÂ
-
Conduct complex statistical analyses involving individual patient dataÂ
-
Run analyses using statistical software packages such as RÂ
-
All other duties as assignedÂ

Travel: Some travel may be required for meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/managementÂ

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekÂ

Overtime and/or weekend/evening hours may be required to meet project deadlinesÂ

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:Â

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Â
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

Bachelor’s or higher-level university degree in a medical- or mathematics-related field such as biology, epidemiology, pharmacology, health economics, or statisticsÂ

Technically competent with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointÂ
-
Proficiency with computer programming software (eg, VBA) or other role-related software (eg, EndNote) is an assetÂ
-
Strong attention to detailÂ
-
Strong written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skillsÂ
-
Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilitiesÂ
-
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentÂ
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Â

MSc or PhD preferredÂ

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary for this position is $70,686 and is not applicable to locations outside of the Canada. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
