Le responsable talent & culture a une implication directe dans la gestion et la prĂ©vention des accidents de travail, la rĂ©munĂ©ration, l’administration des absences, la communication, et la rĂ©tention des employĂ©s. Cette personne offre un soutien au recrutement des employĂ©s. Cette personne doit avoir le bien-ĂŞtre des employĂ©s Ă cĹ“ur. De plus, cette personne doit agir en tant que consultant auprès des gestionnaires dans l’application de la convention collective et des lois. Elle doit ĂŞtre organisĂ©e, avoir de bonnes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles et ĂŞtre en mesure de faire preuve de professionnalisme et d'adaptabilitĂ©. Elle doit Ă©galement ĂŞtre un catalyseur de changement et un champion des employĂ©s.Â

Fonctions techniquesÂ

Veiller au respect des politiques clĂ©s (i.e. harcèlement sexuel et psychologique, non-harcèlement, non-discrimination, absence de sollicitation, etc.);Â

GĂ©rer les demandes d'indemnisation des accidents du travail pour assurer une prise en charge adĂ©quate des employĂ©s et une gestion des coĂ»ts;Â
-
Analyser les tendances d'accidents reliĂ©s au travail et prĂ©senter ses conclusions Ă l'Ă©quipe de gestion;Â
-
Collaborer avec les partenaires du ComitĂ© CNESST dans la mise en place de procĂ©dures, d’actions et de formations internes, pour assurer le respect des politiques et standards de l’hĂ´tel;Â

S’assurer que les procĂ©dĂ©s sont en place pour les augmentations salariales annuelles;Â
-
Encadrer les gestionnaires dans le processus de discipline progressive;Â
-
Utiliser une politique de « porte ouverte » pour traiter les problèmes ou les prĂ©occupations des employĂ©s;Â
-
S’assurer que des canaux de communication efficaces avec les employĂ©s sont Ă©tablis et actifs;Â
-
Collaborer avec la Directrice talent & culture et les gestionnaires dans le processus d’évaluation et d’approbation de la paie des employĂ©s;Â
-
Effectuer les audits et assurer l’implantation du programme d’équitĂ© salariale de l’établissement;Â

Supporter la Directrice talent & culture dans l’établissement du budget du dĂ©partement; Â

Assurer les relations de partenariats avec le syndicat de l’hĂ´tel et les partenaires; Â

Assurer un support auprès des gestionnaires dans la gestion des transferts temporaires intra-compagnie « Taskforce » selon les politiques de Four Seasons;  Â

Collaborer dans la prise en charge des rencontres de rĂ©tention et de dĂ©part des employĂ©s.Â

Position SummaryÂ
The Talent & Culture Manager has direct involvement in the management and prevention of workplace accidents, compensation, absence administration, communication, and employee retention. This person provides support for employee recruitment. This person must have the well-being of employees at heart. In addition, this person must act as a consultant to managers in the application of the collective agreement and the legislation. They must be organized, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to demonstrate professionalism and adaptability. It must also be a catalyst for change and an employee champion.Â

Technical functionsÂ

Ensure compliance of key policies (i.e. sexual and psychological harassment, non-harassment, non-discrimination, absence of solicitation, etc.);Â
-
Manage workers' compensation claims to ensure proper employee care and cost management;Â
-
Analyze trends in work-related accidents and present their findings to the management team;Â
-
Collaborate with the CNESST Committee's partners in the implementation of procedures, actions and internal training, to ensure compliance with the hotel's policies and standards;Â
-
Ensure that processes are in place for annual salary increases;Â
-
Coach managers in the progressive discipline process;Â
-
Use an "open door" policy to address employee issues or concerns;Â
-
Ensure effective employee communication channels are established and active;Â
-
Collaborate with the Director of Talent & Culture and managers in the process of evaluating and approving employee pay;Â
-
Conduct audits and ensure the implementation of the institution's pay equity program;Â
-
Support the Director of Talent & Culture in the establishment of the department's budget;Â Â

Ensure partnership relations with the hotel union and partners;Â Â
-
Provide support to managers in the management of temporary intra-company "Taskforce" transfers according to Four Seasons policies; Â

Collaborate in the management of employee retention and departure meetings.Â

Skills and abilitiesÂ

Education
