Job Purpose:

What will your main responsibilities be:
- Identify potential workplace hazards, assess risks, and conduct hazard assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in developing and delivering safety training materials, and facilitate communication on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) policies and procedures to employees.
- Develop basic awareness of workplace psychological health and well-being
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions in the SHE Database.
- Review compliance with workplace OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) standards, including Unilever's internal standards and NSW/AUS regulations.
- Help review, deploy, and assist with emergency response practices and plans.
- Review and verify the appropriateness of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), ensuring employees use the correct equipment for specific tasks.
- Develop basic awareness of workplace psychological health and well-being,
- Participate in key site projects, accident investigations, and scheduled safety inspections and audits.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to group objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Fresh Engineer graduate.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering (Chemical and Industrial).
- 4th year undergraduates, and recent Graduates up to 1 year of experience
- Good analytical skills, willingness to learn and strong aptitude for communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
