Job Description:
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for lead generation and executing Executech's sales process. This role entails networking through various channels to identify prospective clients requiring top-notch IT and cyber security services. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and highly motivated, with a deep belief in our products and a passion for providing quality solutions to our community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business through networking, cold calling, and social media platforms.
  • Arrange and conduct business meetings while diligently following up on leads.
  • Understand clients' specific business needs and apply comprehensive product and service knowledge to address those needs.
  • Familiarize oneself with industry sectors such as accounting, medical, retail, and education.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling customer presentations with confidence and clarity.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, offering clear advice and effective solutions.
  • Attend industry events to expand professional network and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Stay abreast of constantly evolving software, hardware systems, and peripherals.
  • Develop effective sales plans utilizing proven sales methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to maintain client relations.
  • Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and benchmarks.
  • Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years in the technology sales vertical preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Basic understanding of the IT industry.

Compensation:
The Sales Account Executive has an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of over $100,000. The base salary is $60,000 per year with a lucrative residual commission plan extending up to 3 years.
