Job Description
Quinsite is actively searching for an Account Executive to help build the pipeline, increase revenue, and support our Sales team. The person in this role will be tasked with prospecting for new business, building relationships with net new clients and managing relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, hard-working, collaborative, and eager to build relationships in a fast-paced growth culture.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new leads while servicing our existing business and developing positive client relationships
- Capture accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) by maintaining and expanding the database of prospects and tracking activity
- Collect and analyze data on marketing trends and the company’s products
- Collaborate with client success, product delivery, and other departments
- Create strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of our healthcare SaaS offering and effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients through a consultative selling approach to address specific needs and challenges
- Conduct product demos, sales conversations, negotiate contracts and close deals with new prospective clients
- Drive revenue growth with increased new bookings by continuously identifying and closing new opportunitiesÂ
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, ensuring their satisfaction with products & services and facilitating new referralsÂ
- Remain educated through ongoing market research and competitive intelligence. Identify industry trends and analyze client feedback to identify upsell opportunities and future growthÂ
- Maintain accurate reporting and records of sales activities, client interactions and other relevant data in the CRM, with regular reporting and updates to managementÂ
- Constant collaboration with sales team members, product development, client success and leadership to ensure a beneficial and seamless client experience
- U.S. travel required
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience, healthcare preferred
- Enthusiastic about representing our company and products
- Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets on time and with urgency
- Ability to conduct and lead product demonstrations and sales conversations
- Effective pipeline managementÂ
- Experience with account-based marketing (Preferred)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ideally have prior experience in a client/customer-facing role
- Ability to work both individually and in a team setting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
