We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to support our growing presence in Europe. This role is ideal for someone with some professional experience who is eager to take ownership of projects, drive results, and grow in the dynamic field of sales and marketing. You will manage account relationships, lead marketing initiatives, and enhance communication efforts focused on ski resorts and parks and attractions.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute regional communication strategies tailored to ski resorts, parks, and attractions.
- Craft compelling messaging for product announcements, campaigns, and outreach.
- Represent Spotlio at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team on content creation and campaign implementation.
- Client Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts in ski resorts, parks, and attractions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
- Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met.
Lines of communication
- The Sales & Marketing Manager, Europe reports to the VP of Commercial.
- The Sales & Marketing Manager, Europe communicates with the Sales and Marketing team.
Working conditions
- Minimum 100% availability as an employee of Spotlio Spain SL. Willingness to work outside office hours with notice.
- The employee will have the option to join one of our three offices in Catalonia: Barcelona, Vilanova i la Geltrรบ, or Girona. Additionally, they will be able to work remotely for up to two days per week.
Qualifications and requirements
- Languages: Fluency in French, German, and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Understanding of the European ski resort and attractions market is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Energy, Attitude, and Resourcefulness: A positive, energetic approach with a passion for delivering results and driving impact. Able to solve problems creatively, with a quick turnaround and make the most out of limited resources.
