Your role: As a Sales Recruitment Specialist, you will combine the skills of a sales professional with those of a recruiter, focusing on identifying, sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates for our company, as well as managing relationships with external partners. In this role you will be offered a variety of development paths, including employer branding-related activities and actions aimed at the improvement of the recruitment procedure.
How you will contribute to our success:
- Collaborate closely with the Managers of all departments, especially the Deployment, to identify the recruitment needs by determining the job and candidate specifications;
- Determine monthly placement goals and developing strategies for candidate-sourcing techniques and sharing frequent progress updates;
- Use sales techniques (persuasion, negotiation), to attract top talent and find high quality candidates to join our team;
- Engage candidates by showcasing the company's value through sales-oriented communication;
- Build a network with active and passive candidates to cover immediate hiring needs;
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process effectively and efficiently as per the Company’s function’s standards, policies and procedures;
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
To be a fit you will need:
- University degree in Business Administration or similar studies;
- 1-3 years of working experience in Sales, in Telecommunications or Construction;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office platform;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Ability to work within a fast-paced working environment;
- Ability to take initiatives;
- Ability to work within a team;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills; ability to set priorities, assess progress, improve strategies for ultimately reaching the company’s recruitment goals;
