Das erwartet Dich:

• Sicherstellung der Umsatz-, Distributions- und Marketingziele im Verkaufsgebiet mit Fokus auf Marktanteile und Sell-out
• Implementierung von Channel Marketing Aktivitäten und Key Account Management Aktionen am POS zur Optimierung
• Effektive Nutzung der Kundenbudgets und Sicherstellung derCategory Management Aktivitäten
• Kundensegmentierung und individuelle Betreuung zur Steigerung des Produktwissens, der Empfehlungen und des Sell-outs
• Erweiterung der Kundensegmente auf Ärzte, Kliniken und weitere HCP
• Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit mit Key Account Teams, Experten und Tech-Abteilungen
• Durchführung von Schulungen und Optimierung der Verkaufsstrategien in Apotheken
• Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Informationsweitergabe an relevante Abteilungen

Das bringst Du mit:

• Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder als PTA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mindestens 3-5 Jahren Verkaufserfahrung im Apotheken-Außendienst mit
• Dich zeichnet deine hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungskompetenz, hohe Kontaktfreudigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office Produkten, vertriebsrelevanter Software (CRM-System, BtoB Portal, Veeva Engage, Trax)
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität zur Anpassung an sich ändernde Marktbedingungen sind für dich selbstverständlich
• Starke Coaching- und Trainingsfähigkeit zur Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
