Job Description
At GN Hearing Finland Oy we are looking for a sales representative to join our Finnish sales team and make life sound better for people who suffer hearing loss.
You will join a small team and be responsible for sales to new and existing clinics and clients. We support the public sector via five major tender contracts and we also support privately-owned clinics throughout Finland.
We are looking for a passionate person to be our face in the field and support customers with training, support and product information for our world class hearing aids and supporting tools like apps and software solutions.
As our new Sales Representative your primary tasks will be:

Present, promote and sell products/services to both existing and prospective customers
-
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
-
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
-
Perform different types of analysis, incl. but not limited to analysis of existing/potential customers and tender bids
-
Continuously improve through feedback
You have great stakeholder management skills capable of speaking with people in the healthcare industry - from audiologists, doctors, hospital management to business owners.
You most likely have 5+ years sales experience from the Hearings Aid or MedTech industry in combination with an educational master’s degree within Business/ Engineering.
Alternatively, you may have solid experience as an audiologist- or similar – in combination with sales experience and a solid business understanding.
As our Sales Representative you will be our face in the field and support our customers with training, support and product information for our world class hearing aids and supporting tools like apps and software solutions.
Furthermore, you have experience with:

Tender work incl. bids, pricing and documentation
-
MS office (Excel, Teams etc.), as well as, CRM systems, as part of your daily work – and enjoy working with data

Value Selling – alternatively, you have a desire to learn the GN way
-
Product approvals, launch-, and product mix planning
We expect that you have a valid Driver’s license and can travel frequently to meet our customers all over Finland. It will thereby be required that you are fluently in Finnish and a good communicator in English - and ideally also in Swedish, but this is not a requirement.
